China Wind Power 2021 will be held at the China International Exhibition Centre (New Venue) from October 18 - 20, 2021.

The world’s most advanced coating protection product, 3650PF- LEP Persistent Protection, was displayed prominently by MEGA P&C Advanced Materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd at the exhibition as the first new water-based solvent-free wind vane tower barrel coating solution in China. The atmosphere was warm and our professional staff made the introduction in great detail for the guests.

The 3650PF is a coating protection product that was developed over a period of 10 years, and its comprehensive performance is able to meet buyers' requirements for maintenance-free blades for up to 5 years. Industry statistics show that wind-powered front turbine breakage results in a decrease of 3%-8% in power generation. MEGA P&C’s front turbine warranty program can greatly enhance a wind farm's power generation.

Additionally, the first wind vane tower barrel coating solution in China was also a highlight at the exhibition. Its technical performance fully matches to that of oil-based and solvent-based products, which is friendly to construction personnel and effectively reduces occupational hazards. The VOC content of our products all meet the national standard “GB/T 38597-2020 Technical Requirements for Low Volatile Compound Content Coating Products”, while its application window period is wide and applicable to all kinds of actual production environments. The number of required coating applications is relatively small while the recoating time is short, effectively improving the production efficiency by more than 50%.
