From June 11th to 13th, the 18th SNEC PV+ International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Exhibition successfully concluded. At this premier global PV industry event, MEGA P&C made its debut.

In mid-2024, MEGA P&C's polyurethane coatings underwent high-performance sequence evaluation by TÜV Rheinland and passed the certification tests in early 2025, including water-based polyurethane and water-based fluorocarbon coatings. On June 12th, at TÜV Rheinland's booth during SNEC, Matthias Grzam, General Manager and Chief Certification Officer of TÜV Rheinland Greater China, presented the composite frame coating certification to Mr. Victor Law, Vice Chairman of MEGA P&C.

Since entering the solar energy industry, MEGA P&C has not only received technical support from the Yangtze River Delta Solar PV Technology Innovation Center but also collaborated closely with the center on new material development. Professor Shen Hui noted that optical materials research holds immense potential, requiring collective efforts to achieve breakthroughs. At this pivotal moment, with the witness of experts including Professor Shen Hui and Dr. Xu Weizhi, CTO of Chint New Energy,Mr. Victor Law remarked: "I may be new to the solar energy industry, but MEGA P&C's solar team has over a decade of experience. Solar energy aligns perfectly with our philosophy, which is prioritizing ecological restoration and Sustainability as long-term imperatives."

For MEGA P&C, this achievement marks not just product certification and customer approval, but a new beginning.

Since mid-2023, MEGA P&C has engaged with multiple composite frame manufacturers for testing and validation. Tailoring solutions to client needs and environmental conditions, especially for offshore PV applications, the company developed coatings resistant to high humidity, heat, and acid/alkali exposure. Third-party and customer tests confirm their superior performance in adhesion, humidity resistance, and anti-yellowing across diverse scenarios.
